What do you like best about Payhawk?

UX is very easy to understand and use - meaning the whole team can use it easily without the need for Finance Team to invest a lot of time.

The customer support is also great, they reply with helpful messsages almost instantly

New feature of being able to make bank transfers cheaply in all currencies is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

Pulls bank account details incorrectly sometime

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

Arrogant salespeople. Promises are made but not kept. Shady pricing and questionable commercial practices. My account was blocked without any explanation, and it took days to resolve. If you’re a business trying to rely on Payhawk, I’d look for something else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having your account blocked without explanation is completely unacceptable, and we understand how disruptive that must have been for your team.
